We answer any questions you have about our affiliated hotels.

• When can I check in and check out?

  Your room will be available from 3 pm once check-in has been completed. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11 am.

• Can I check in online?

  You can save time by checking in online through our website (www.portaventuraworld.com/en). You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to do this. You can do this as long as there are less than five days to go before your arrival date, and 24 hours have passed since you made the reservation.
  
  You must register all guests over the age of 13 years old (check-in is not required for children aged 12 and under) and settle the outstanding balance by card payment.

• Where can I park my vehicle?

  We have underground parking, which is paid for directly and subject to availability at the time of your arrival.
  
  Price of approximately €19/day. It may change without prior notice. Advance booking is not possible.

• Where can I pick up my tickets?

  If your booking is confirmed as HOTEL WITH TICKETS, at check-in you will receive all the tickets included per person and stay:

  • 1 x 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (same day), provided that the parks are open (stays of 1 or 2 nights).
  • 1 x 2 days, 2 parks ticket (1 same-day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1-day access to PortAventura Park), provided that the parks are open (stays of 3 or more nights).

  If your reservation is confirmed WITHOUT TICKETS, you can purchase them upon arrival, at the hotel reception with discounts of up to 50%, depending on availability. Ask for information upon arrival.

• What is included in each board basis?

  • Bed and breakfast: includes breakfast buffet at the hotel. 
  • Half-board: includes breakfast and evening meal buffet at the hotel. Drinks are paid for directly. Price of the evening meal approximately €19*.
  •   All-inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch, and evening meal buffet at the hotel, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine).
  •   Lunch.
  • Selection of drinks and sandwiches: at the pool bar and the night showbar.

  To benefit from the best price, we recommend that you book your stay with your preferred meal option. 

• Can you tell me about the hotel facilities? Swimming pools

  The hotel has two outdoor pools, one for children and one for adults. Opening hours may vary depending on the hotel’s operations and opening dates; however, in general, pools are open from 11 am to 7 pm.
  
  A sun lounger and parasol service is available. It is also possible to hire pool towels. Price is approximately €2* with a deposit of €15.

• Is there any entertainment?

  The hotel offers entertainment throughout the day, a MINI CLUB for the little ones, and a night show.

• Where is it located?

  It is a few minutes walk from Capellans Beach, just 3 km from PortAventura World. Located in a quiet area in the centre of Salou.

• How do I get from the station or airport to Ponient Hotels?

  • Camp de Tarragona train station: bus or taxi
  • Reus Airport: bus or taxi
  • Barcelona Airport: AVE to Camp de Tarragona station and bus or taxi / to Salou by bus or taxi.

• How do I get from PortAventura Park to Hotel Ponient?

  We have a FREE TRANSFER for Ponient guests from April to October that connects to PortAventura Park.
